To secure your spot on the waitlist and reserve a puppy, a commitment reservation fee of $350 is required. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied towards the final adoption fee. Payment can be made through Apple Pay or Chime. Please note that this fee does not guarantee a specific puppy but reserves your place in the adoption queue.
If your application is approved, we will schedule an interview with you. This interview can be conducted over the phone or via video call and typically lasts about 30-45 minutes. During the interview, we’ll discuss your application in more detail, answer any questions you may have, and assess your readiness for puppy ownership.
If you are local to our breeding facility, we may also arrange a home visit. This visit will include an assessment of your home, discussion of puppy-proofing, and meeting your family. The home visit ensures that your environment is suitable for a puppy and that you are fully prepared for their arrival.
After your application, interview, and home visit (if applicable) are complete, you’ll have the opportunity to meet the available puppies and choose the one that’s right for you. We encourage you to spend time with each puppy to get a sense of their personality and temperament. Our team will be there to guide you and answer any questions you may have.
Once you have chosen your puppy, you’ll review and sign the adoption agreement. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the adoption, including our health guarantee and care instructions. You’ll also make the final adoption payment, which covers the cost of raising and caring for the puppies. The commitment reservation fee will be deducted from this amount.
